1. How long have you been working with Velotio?

I just completed 1 year at Velotio! When you enjoy work, it feels like just yesterday to me that I joined Velotio! But when I look at the progress and the impact I was able to make, it seems like I have been around for so many years!

2. How has your career grown since starting at the company?

“Opportunities don’t happen, you create them.”- Chris Grosser. I joined Velotio to be able to do some cutting-edge work with really good people around. “Good people” was my primary goal. After a year, I can say it has been the best decision to join Velotio. At the end of the day you need to feel happy and accomplished - that's exactly what you feel when working at Velotio. The work opportunities are limitless, you can decide how much you want to stretch yourself and how you want to shape and grow your career here.

3. What is your favorite thing about working with Velotio?

I like working from home :) This model does prove to be a success if the communication baseline is set well and if the people and culture are good. Apart from the great work, one gets to do at Velotio, I would like to highlight that the people and culture at Velotio are one of my favorite things about working with Velotio.

4. What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

I strongly believe in work-life balance. To be able to face each day on a positive note, it is important to nurture atleast one of your hobbies. I am an outdoor person, so I enjoy traveling, hiking, and meeting new people. Sometimes you need to spend time by yourself - that's when I like to paint, read books or watch Netflix!

PS: At Velotio we have a lot of interest groups. People with similar interests come together and enjoy these activities. Eg: book club, travel club, trekkers group, cricket lovers group, etc.

5. What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know?

I hate routine and quickly get bored with daily mundane activities. I feel restless if I don't have a new idea to discuss or experiment with and I seek excitement in finding potential in the most unexpected places!

6. Where’s your favorite place in the world?

Sitting on the terrace at home and watching evening sunsets or sipping morning tea :)

I also like these places: the Himalayas, New York, Sydney, Oxford, Bali, and Rishikesh.

7. If you could meet anyone in the world, who would it be?

Farhan Akhtar and Elon Musk

For now, I would also like to meet so many of my remote team members whom I haven't met yet :)

8. Three words to best describe you:

“Just not possible”.

9. What TV shows are you Binge-watching right now?

The Lincoln Lawyer.

10. If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Ideally, I would like to have the Infinity Gauntlet with the 6 Infinity Stones!! But if you are going to grant me only one - then maybe converting your dreams to reality at the snap of your fingers might be a good superpower to have!!

11. What is one food that you cannot resist?

Chocolate.
