1. How long have you been working at Velotio?

It has been almost 2 years with Velotio now, but it seems like only yesterday.

2. How has your career grown since starting at the company?

It has been a continuous upward journey with a variety of opportunities. I have had the chance to acquire and enhance my skills while taking up add-on responsibilities. Working with Velotio has helped me grow as a professional - allowing me to manage and deliver things better.

3. What is your favourite thing about working at Velotio?

Most definitely the work culture and the people! These are some of the best things one can experience while working with Velotio.

4. What career advice would you give to aspiring software engineers?

I would suggest they start with fundamentals and not go for buzz words.

5. What are your three most overused words/phrases?

I often find myself saying phrases like "sure thing", "will look into it" and "Sahi hai". And the three magical words that I absolutely hate - "Hey, quick call?"

6. What would be the title of your autobiography?

It would be titled "Just Another Ordinary Story" and I will keep it to myself.

7. What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

I like to spend time with my family and friends. I also enjoy watching good movies, listening to some music or occasionally penning down my thoughts.

8. What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know?

Introvert hun magar ye bhi bol nahi paya.

9. Where’s your favourite place in the world?

My favourite place would be my bed but every once in a while I do like to spend some time in nature, surrounded by mountains.

10. If you could meet anyone in the world, who would it be?

I have always been fascinated by the genius of cinema - Satyajit Ray. I would love to go back in time to meet and chat with him about his creative process.

11. If you could have any superpower what would it be?

For sure the ability to time travel. There are so many things one can do with a superpower like that - go back in time and meet Satyajit Ray; sit under a tree, wait for the apple to fall - maybe discover gravity; or a simple, yet obvious choice - to fix production bugs before they actually occur.
