Today, we’re thrilled to share that Velotio is recognized as a Great Place to Work^® for the second consecutive year.

Great Place to Work^® is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, they have surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide and used those deep insights to define what makes a great workplace. This recognition is awarded based on a vetted procedure, which includes an independent, anonymous employee survey. The extensive survey audits the workplace culture and employee satisfaction in various aspects such as Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Companionship.

Our Great Place to Work^® survey was sent out to over 300 employees to rate us on various cultural dimensions, from our commitment to ‘justice’ (such as equality and diversity) to our leadership style and transparency throughout the business.

And similar to the previous year, Velotians ranked us very highly, and we cannot be more humbled and grateful.

The results show that 95% of people believe that Velotio is a great place to work. 97% of people agree that everyone is made to feel welcome when they join the organization, and 94% of Velotians are proud to tell others that they work here.

Based on our feedback in the Trust Index© Survey, 93% of people agree that management shows appreciation for good work and efforts. 92% of Velotians believe that they are offered numerous career growth opportunities. Also, 95% agree that management trusts people to do an excellent job without micromanaging.

In their review, Great Place to Work® determined that in comparison to India’s top 75 Great Mid-size workplaces, Velotio excels at fostering a culture of fairness, justice, and respect. The findings highlight that Velotians have a stronger sense of community and higher morale than their counterparts. The leadership effectiveness is also rated very high, with management advocating for authenticity and offering work flexibility in the current hybrid work environment.
